I’d had various concerns about my aircon system at my flat in NW2 not working effectively, and was very relieved when Befix were able to offer a prompt service appointment. Communication in advance of the appointment was good and engineer Vahid  arrived punctually and worked carefully and thoroughly, ensuring the whole system was in good working order. He was clearly knowledgeable about all kinds of technical issues, friendly and adaptable, and I had confidence that he was attending to everything properly. I am not perhaps very familiar or up to date with what I should expect to pay for this kind of work. I think the price was probably fair - but I would advise checking in advance to make sure you are happy with the arrangement.
