He was clearly knowledgeable about all kinds of technical issues, friendly and adaptable, and I had confidence that he was attending to everything properly. I am not perhaps very familiar or up to date with what I should expect to pay for this kind of work. I think the price was probably fair - but I would advise checking in advance to make sure you are happy with the arrangement.
